    Hi Whaea Kat, For fitness I have been going for walks nearly every day and sometimes it gets a little boring so I bring my scooter. Today I did the alphabet fitness challenge. I also go on bike rides and run around the house playing with Rain.

    Me, my two brothers and my little sister have been doing some crossfit/workouts like push ups, star jumps and things like that. We did one to a song, Sally goes up and Sally goes down. So when Sally goes down, you do a sit up going down and when she says go up you go up.
    We have also been doing workouts at the creek too.
    Ka pai Nixon, I can just imagine you competing with your siblings to see who can do the most push ups and star jumps.

  3. Jonathan watched Brett Fairweather from Jump Jam doing spider pressups, so he sent me a video of himself trying them too. Jonathan said, "I tried doing it. It was hard on my fingers. It hurt."

    My mum, Kurt and I have been going for walks every morning. Me and my mum have also been doing yoga. We go for bike rides.

  5. Hello Whaea Kat, I have been doing push ups and sit ups and been going for big walks barefoot. I have also been scooting around up the street and in my driveway.

  6. Its so great to hear how active everyone has been over this time. I've been doing Jump Jams with Brett too Jonathan but I have not tried his spider press ups, too hard for me! Did you find them difficult to do? How many could you do before you collapsed in a heap? I've been walking LB every day as well and I even borrowed Ms Jones' bike and I've been riding most mornings. All that exercise helps me feel ok about eating lots of baking! Yummy.
